Our communication is one of our key strengths. We pride ourselves on our customer service and offer fast, honest answers to any questions you may have. Tell us where the job is, how many people are on site and how long you need the unit for, and we will come back with a price and a delivery date.

What happens after you book a portaloo

We confirm the unit type, the delivery date and the servicing schedule in writing before anything moves. On the day, our driver places the unit where you have asked for it, or somewhere sensible nearby if access has changed since you booked. From there, servicing runs to the agreed schedule without you having to chase it.

Need the unit moved, an extra service, or a pickup brought forward? One phone call sorts it. We would rather hear from you early than find out at the next service that something has not been working for a fortnight.

Where we deliver

We cover the greater Auckland region, from Mangawhai in the north through to Drury in the south, including the North Shore, the western suburbs and rural properties in between. If you are not sure whether your site is in range, ask. We will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.

What to have ready when you book a portaloo

Three things make the quote quick: the site address, the number of people using the unit, and the dates you need it from and until. If you know the access is tight, a gate is locked, or the drop point is up a metal drive, tell us then rather than on the day. It changes which unit we send and which truck does the run.

For events, let us know whether alcohol is being served and how long the guests are on site. Both push the numbers up. For construction, tell us the stage the build is at, because a site that is about to go vertical needs a different setup to one still at foundations.
