How we give back
SUICIDE PREVENTION
Thunderbox prides itself on giving back to our community and came up with an idea. If someone in the privacy of our toilets was to read our ‘Mates in Construction’ messaging this may encourage them to reach out and call a ‘mate’ in times of need.
Trees That Count
Trees That Count are a conservation charity bringing together businesses, community and everyday Kiwis, with the vision of helping plant millions of native trees across the country.
A portion of our proceeds goes towards this initiative, contributing to a greener future for New Zealand
FAQ's
What is the difference between a non-flushing toilet and a flushing toilet?
The primary difference between a non-flushing toilet and a flushing toilet lies in their design and waste management. A non-flushing toilet features a simple hole under the seat that leads directly to the holding tank. In contrast, a flushing toilet includes a traditional toilet bowl under the seat, which conceals the contents of the holding tank and provides a more conventional and sanitary experience.
How do pricing and servicing costs work for construction portaloos?
Our weekly rates include the hire and one weekly service of the portaloos. The pricing varies based on the number of portaloos hired and the duration of the hire. For detailed pricing information, please contact us directly.
How do pricing and servicing costs work for event portaloos?
Our pricing for event portaloos is a one-time fee that covers delivery, installation, waste extraction, and pick-up. The cost varies depending on the type of portaloo, with prices starting at $175 plus GST. For specific pricing details, please contact us directly.
